Dear Bed Factory colleagues,
Nigel and I were "bowled over" by your warm reception to us on Friday,and indications that Joshua had proved a good lad during his time with you in his work experience program.He obviously found it interesting,and enjoyed every aspect,even lifting furniture!
We did not know you had generously given him some money for being with you which was NOT part of the deal,nor expected but generous and kind,as you all always are.As proud grandparents,we thank you so much for being willing to do this for Joshua.He is very modest(to us,at least!)about aspects of his life--I have read about his football prowess in the paper,as he will seldom mention except it "was a good game"! So we do appreciate your telling us of his good performance with you.
We continue to enjoy all our furniture bought from you,and often get to put in a "plug"for you when people see our white bedroom!

Delightful Service 10/02/2011
Dear Peter,
As always,it was delightful to see you looking so well and the shop Full of eager customers on our last visits! The recliner chair is perfect,and we appreciate the cost reduction very very much.It is now very difficult to get Nigel out of his to help me! I am sure we look like a" Norman Rockwell" painting of two old dears with our feet up in our recliners watching telly now!
The two men who delivered it had it in place in no time and stayed for us to be sure we understood it before they left.As always,they were so pleasant with each of us.Thanks for having such fine people on the delivery van!
Juat to make you smile!I had been so efficient and forehanded linking with The Loft to come and collect our old chair so we were not over chaired in our sitting room.They arrived and examined our chair (which we bought from the estate of the lady who owned the flat before us),and said "sorry no tag to indicate that it is fireproof"can't take it! Obviously purchased before that law went in!Thank goodness for josh and his father,we will pay them to lose it somewhere in one of the tips:but my legendaryefficiency went amok then!
